About the Role:


As a Platform Product Manager you'll own and evolve our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities as our product and customer base continue to grow. This role will begin with a deep focus on IAM, particularly permissions, access control, and enterprise administration, working to enhance our offerings and strengthen the security posture of both our platform and our customers’ environments. This role is well suited for someone who is interested in core platform systems and wants to grow their impact in a technically complex, enterprise-facing product area. Over time, the scope may expand to additional foundational capabilities that support multiple product areas as platform needs evolve.


What You’ll Do:



  • Own and drive the IAM product area, including user and team management, permissions and access control models, enterprise administration, and related identity capabilities

  • Define and maintain the roadmap and backlogs for your ownership areas, balancing immediate customer needs with longer-term platform goals

  • Partner with security and engineering to plan, prioritize, and deliver improvements with a focus on reliability and enterprise readiness

  • Work with Solution Architect and implementation teams to ensure capabilities are practical to deploy, operate, and scale in enterprise environments

  • Support integrations with enterprise systems used for access control and provisioning (e.g., HRIS, CCaaS, or similar platforms)

  • Operate effectively across multiple parallel workstreams, making timely product decisions as priorities evolve across engineering, security, and customer needs

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and evolution of EBANX’s payment solutions in Peru. You will act as the owner of the product — defining its vision, driving its adoption, and ensuring its success in the market. Your day-to-day impact:

  • Define the product vision and long-term strategy for payment solutions, aligning with merchant needs and EBANX’s strategic goals.
  • Act as the voice of the product across the organization, connecting local market dynamics with global product direction;
  • Lead product discoveries to deeply understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation;
  • Partner with commercial, operations, finance, marketing, legal and engineering to develop and deliver scalable, compliant and high-impact solutions;

Granicus is looking for a skilled Product Manager with deep interest in software and its ability to impact global democracy, citizen engagement, and increased government transparency. No company in the world reaches more people on behalf of public organizations as Granicus – and this individual will serve as both the internal and external evangelist for the solutions that make that happen. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision as well as the drive and attention to detail that transforms vision into a reality.
We’re looking for someone who realizes that success as a Product Manager is all about relationships. You will work closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and the Leadership team to define the future of Granicus Products. You are ultimately responsible for aligning the team behind the most important projects at any given time, with an eye toward driving growth in key metrics and constantly improving the user experience. Ideal candidates are extremely entrepreneurial and analytical, able to combine concrete data with solid instincts to move the product forward every day.

What your impact will look like:

    • Manage the long-term product vision and can translate that vision into tangible, actionable plans
    • Develop and execute specific product features, from ideation to implementation
    • Prioritize product deliverables against competing high-value features, clearly understanding tradeoffs
    • Utilize data-driven insights to decide when, what and how to deliver appropriate product scope
    • Proven ability to communicate, present, and sell your ideas to senior executives
    • Bring a detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption, amazing quality and customer enthusiasm
    • Facilitate ideation within a specific product area through internal brainstorming, user outreach, feedback and usage data analysis, and intimate knowledge of the competitive landscape
    • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and launch
    • Support a team of world-class engineers, product owners and designers throughout product lifecycle
    • Define, analyze, and report on the metrics that determine the success of feature launches or experiments
    • Monitor adoption, usage and revenue impact of new services and enhancements and report on release impact as necessary
    • Engage with customers through a variety of channels and serve as the voice of the customer internally
    • Engage with the internal Implementation Services teams to understand, prioritize and productize specific customer needs.
    • Act as a mentor and resource to other Product team members
    • Participate in the continuous improvement and scaling of Product Management best practices at Granicus

Preferred qualifications:

    • 4+ combined years in Product Management or equivalent experience guiding the development and maintenance of products
    • Fluency in JIRA and/or Aha!
    • Familiarity with the public sector
