  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements;
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes across global roles;
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback loops, and offers;
  • Support employer branding initiatives and help scale our talent acquisition efforts;

What you’ll need:

  • Degree (or final year) in HR, Psychology, or a related field - or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or HR. Internships count.
  • Clear, confident communication skills - written and verbal - and comfort working with different teams and personalities.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to keeping records accurate and processes compliant.
  • A genuine interest in people - you care about how candidates and employees feel throughout every interaction.
  • Openness to working across time zones and different cultural contexts in a dynamic international environment.
  • Basic familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Workable, or similar) or other HR software. (nice to have)

About the Team:

The B2B team operates like a startup within CookUnity — an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and innovative team that is charting a bold new path by bringing these same exceptional culinary experiences to businesses, organizations, and their employees. The Role

We’re looking for a senior-level contract recruiter to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on high-impact B2B GTM searches, supporting the growth of CookUnity Business.

This role will focus on hiring across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing, while partnering with our internal Engineering recruitment team in helping us scale both our CookUnity smart fridge offering and Medically Tailored Meals (MTM) business across the U.S. and Canada.

You’ll play a key role in building pipelines, engaging top-tier talent, and closing exceptional candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This requires a strong understanding of B2B talent markets and the ability to translate a complex, mission-driven product into a compelling candidate story.

You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house recruiting team and business leaders to help shape hiring strategy and raise the bar for talent across CookUnity Business.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and the Talent team to own full-cycle recruiting or key portions of searches across B2B functions
  • Assist in building out scorecards, working with interview stakeholders to draft JD’s, have knowledge on the market and insights
  • Build and manage pipelines for Sales (AE, Enterprise, SDR), Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing roles, including Director and above roles.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders—leading intake sessions, calibrating profiles, and sharing market insights on talent availability and compensation.

  • Proven success hiring for high-growth, product-led or marketplace businesses.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and revenue org structures, including enterprise and mid-market motions.
  • Experience sourcing and closing senior and leadership-level GTM talent.

Staff HR Business Partner

About This Role

We’re looking for a Staff HR Business Partner to build and own the people strategy for Snorkel’s Data as a Service (DaaS) organization. The DaaS org is a delivery-first team that has more than tripled in size over the last six months, with no signs of slowing. They deliver high-quality data operations and AI deployment outcomes for frontier labs and AI teams.

This org has a unique composition: forward deployed engineers, technical and operations delivery managers, a supply team managing a workforce comprised of multiple worker types at scale, and others. The people challenges here require an HRBP who has seen this kind of complexity before, such as workforce planning across FTEs and contractors, building a high performance culture rooted in delivery outcomes, and keeping a geographically dispersed, operationally complex team connected to Snorkel’s culture.

You’ll partner directly with our DaaS GM and leadership team, and you’ll need to be as comfortable in the operational weeds as you are in strategic conversations. The ideal background is professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech org. Somewhere you learned to support talent that ships outcomes, not just features.

Strategic Business Partnership
